Officials in Jerusalem said that Israel will cut off all ties with Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas if the new Fatah-Hamas unity government is established solely on the basis of the understandings reached in Mecca and if the new government does not adopt the three conditions set by the Quartet - the recognition of Israel, an acceptance of previously signed agreements and a cessation of violence, Army Radio reported on Sunday.
