Kinneret's water level up by 21 centimeters due to weekend rainfall

The Kinneret's water level went up by 21 centimeters due to the heavy weekend rainfall.
The Water Authority stated that the level was still 5.13 meters below the upper red line.
The upper red line is the point beyond which the Kinneret can not be allowed to rise because of the danger of flooding in Tiberias and other areas surrounding the lake.
