Lawyer arrested for allegedly passing drugs to client in prison

An Israeli lawyer was under arrest Thursday for allegedly passing drugs to her client in prison, police said. The attorney and her client were arrested in HaSharon Prison after police seized an assortment of drugs, including cocaine, in their possession, Jerusalem police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby said. Both the lawyer, who cannot be named by court order, and her client, convicted Jerusalem mobster Itzik Bar-Mucha, were remanded in custody by a Jerusalem court for five days.
