Attorney Avigdor Klagsbald, who killed athlete Yevgenia Vexler and her six-year-old son Arthur in a car accident some three months ago, will not be offered a plea bargain by the state prosecutor, Channel 10 reported.
Rather, the prosecutor wants Klagsbald to serve an extended prison sentence for negligent homicide.
