Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Lieberman is expected to announce on Sunday his party's failure to reach an agreement with Kadima to join the new government.
A spokesman for Yisrael Beiteinu cited "deep differences of opinion" during negotiations as the reason why the party would remain in the opposition.
