Likud legal advisor Eitan Haberman to join Kadima

Kiryat Shmona mayor Haim Barbibai, together with other heads of regional councils were expected on Wednesday to enlist in the prime minister's new party within the coming days. Likud Party legal advisor, Eitan Haberman, announced on Tuesday evening his plans to represent Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's Kadima party. Haberman, who served the Likud for more than 20 years, submitted a letter of resignation to the Likud secretary general and to heads of the party's institutions, in which he outlined his decision to join Sharon, Army Radio reported.
