Litzman to be temporary Finance Committee chairman

MK Ya'acov Litzman (UTJ) was chosen to serve as temporary chairman of the Knesset Finance Committee.
As part of his responsibilities, he was set to conduct the meetings over the 2006 national budget, Israel Radio reported.
Earlier in the week he said that he would not run the meetings, but eventually was convinced to do so by Coalition Chairman Avigdor Yitzhaki.
