Man arrested after planting explosives at sports center

Police arrested a 45-year-old man on Monday after he planted an improvised explosive device at the Yad Eliyahu Sports Center in Tel Aviv.
The man is suspected of then using a knife to threaten security guards at the Tel Aviv offices of the Education Ministry.
The motive for his alleged actions was unknown.
