Man dies after being hit by taxi while crossing street in Tel Aviv

A 30-year-old man died after being struck by a taxi while crossing Tel Aviv's Harakevet Street early Friday morning.
An MDA team evacuated the man to Ichilov Hospital in the city, where he was pronounced dead.
According to an initial probe the deceased did not cross the street at a pedestrian crossing.
The accident brings the number of people killed on Israel's roads this week to 22.
