Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz is expected to testify on Monday before the Winograd committee, which is investigating the summer's war in Lebanon.
On Sunday night, High Court Judge Edmond Levy rejected a request by Meretz MK Zehava Gal-On to keep Mazuz from testifying until the High Court rules on her petition to open the committee's proceedings to the public.
