Mentally ill man allegedly stabs father to death in Tel Aviv

A 41-year-old man believed by authorities to be suffering from a mental illness allegedly killed his father on Wednesday morning in Tel Aviv, police said.
Alexander Galuhoi is suspected of stabbing his father, Zeher, 68, to death in the family home in southern Tel Aviv. The attacker's mother, Margarita, attempted to defend her husband, and suffered light injuries.
According to reports, the family was having breakfast when Alexander leaped up without warning, grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed his father multiple times.
