The police have asked the public's assistance in locating Moshe Winstock, 26, who left his home in Mevasseret Zion on Wednesday and has not been seen since.
Weinstock is described as five feet tall, heavy, with short, straight blond hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a kippa.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact the police.
