Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz refused Wednesday to allow Brig.-Gen. Yair Golan, commander of the Judah and Samaria Division, to appear before the committee investigating what happened at Amona.
MK Yuval Steinitz, chairman of the committee, said that the committee found Mofaz's decision "unacceptable."
"We are checking into [the matter] from a legal perspective," said Steinitz.
