The mother of Pinhas Levy, a reservist murdered in the Jordan Valley, has appealed to the High Court of Justice to stop Israel's planned transfer of four incarcerated Jordanians to their homeland, Israel Radio reported.
The decision is illegal and unethical, Sarah Levy said.
The prisoners had been convicted of murdering Staff-Sgt. Levy and Capt. Yehuda Lipshitz in two separate incidents in the Jordan Valley 17 years ago.
