Northern District Police chief, Cmdr. Dan Ronen, said Monday that he was convinced that Roman Zadarov was indeed the murderer of 13-year-old Katzrtin schoolgirl Ta'ir Rada, Army Radio reported.
The remark followed a report released earlier by Channel 2 that the DNA tests on Zadarov proved to be inconclusive in solving the murder case.
