Likud chairman Binyamin Netanyahu met secretly Tuesday evening with Russian billionaire Arkady Gaydamak in a Jerusalem hotel, Army Radio reported.
The two reportedly discussed the possibility of Gaydamak helping Netanyahu improve the Likud's public image among immigrants from the former Soviet Union.
