Likud leader Binyamin Netanyahu met with Israel Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Lieberman on Wednesday afternoon.
Army Radio reported that the meeting between the two men - the first after a long hiatus - dealt mainly with the issue of changing the system of government.
Sources in the political establishment said the two also discussed ways of blocking any further spreading of billionaire Arkady Gaydamak's influence.
