Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Sunday that disaster was narrowly averted Saturday when a car bombing in Haifa was prevented.
"As far as Israel is concerned, this was a terrorist attack in all senses," Olmert said at the beginning of the weekly cabinet meeting.
