Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on Sunday evening thanked European leaders who had come to Jerusalem to further the cease-fire with Hamas.
"The unified front that that you have exhibited regarding Israel's security is heartwarming, and strengthens us at this sensitive time," Olmert told British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, French President Nicholas Sarkozy, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolánek.
