Prime Minister Ehud Olmert intends to propose in next week's cabinet meeting that Israel release 250 Fatah security prisoners, "who don't have blood on their hands," in a gesture that will show Palestinians that Israel's hand is extended in peace, Olmert said Monday evening at the conclusion of the Sharm e-Sheikh summit.
Olmert said that Israel would require the prisoners to promise they won't return to terrorism.
