Orlev calls for parliamentary investigation of IEC

MK Zvulun Orlev asked the chairman of the Knesset Finance Committee on Thursday to lead an investigative committee that would examine last week's disruptions in the national power supply initiated by the Israel Electric Company.
Orlev explained his request by noting that a parliamentary committee would not be caught in the possible conflicts of interest that might influence the investigation of the internal National Infrastructures Ministry committee.
