A Palestinian fugitive suspected of planning terror attacks was arrested Wednesday in a joint IDF, Shin Bet [Israel Security Service] and Border Police operation south of Nablus.
The Palestinian, identified by the IDF as Kadar Gomah, was detained by the Shin Bet for interrogation.
