Palestinians plant explosives, fire at IDF troops operating in Nablus

Palestinians planted an explosive charge meant to hit IDF soldiers in Nablus overnight Monday.
The soldiers heard the explosion, but there were no IDF casualties.
Also in Nablus, Palestinians opened fire at troops, but caused no injuries.
