Posters of President Shimon Peres wearing an Arab headdress for men or kaffiyeh were plastered in Jerusalem on Sunday, 12 years to the day of the assassination of the late prime minister Yitzhak Rabin. The posters, which appeared on billboards in the city's Har Nof neighborhood, were put up by the far-right 'Jewish National Front' movement, with the words, 'Releasing terrorists, a president of Arabs." The organization is headed by the far-right activist Baruch Marzel. In the past, a Jerusalem court has ruled that posters of Israeli leaders dressed in kaffiyehs do not constitute incitement to violence.
