Defense Minister Amir Peretz, speaking at a Labor faction meeting, said Monday that all coalition parties must have a say in the changing of the governmental system.
"Altering a basic law must be agreed upon by all of the factions. If someone wants to do something alone, then the Labor faction will also choose for itself partners in order to promote a law proposal to change the governmental system," said Peretz.
