Defense Minister Amir Peretz promised on Thursday to act in order to secure Ashkelon's Barzilai Hospital against Kassam rocket attacks.
Peretz told hospital director Dr. Shimon Sharf that he would ask the Finance Ministry to allot funds towards the hospital's defense.
