Petition demands Livni explain why she didn't quit

The High Court of Justice received a petition on Thursday demanding that Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni explain why she did not resign from her post after Prime Minister Ehud Olmert did not heed her call to step down, Israel Radio reported.
According to the report, the petition was submitted by Yuval Mosli, a resident of Yehud.
