Justice minister suspected of forcefully trying to kiss a young woman.

Police recommended Tuesday that charges be brought against Justice Minister Haim Ramon.
After investigating a complaint filed by a woman who claimed Ramon tried to forcefully kiss her, officers concluded that there was enough evidence suggesting wrongdoing on behalf of Ramon.
Ramon said in response that "the police's position seems strange, since even according to the woman's version of events, which doesn't correspond to the truth, there is apparently no proof."
The case was handed over to state prosecution, which will decide whether to indict the minister.
The young woman, who filed a complaint with police earlier this month, told investigators that the 56-year-old minister tried to forcibly kiss her on the mouth and put his tongue in her mouth after she asked to have her picture taken with him on her last day of work at another government ministry.
The woman told police that she did not forcibly resist the minister's action since she was at a loss what to do at the moment.
She knew Ramon superficially from previous work- related meetings.
The young woman only filed a complaint later, at the urging of a coworker who noticed her crying.
Ramon's associates insisted that it was the woman who had tried to flirt with Ramon, and not the other way around.
The justice minister was questioned "under caution," a legal term which means that the state can use his testimony as evidence against him in the future.
