Rehovot boy, 15, allegedly breaks schoolmate's hand with stone

A 15-year-old boy from Rehovot was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of throwing stones at a schoolmate and breaking his hand.
The injured boy was taken to the city's Kaplan Hospital in moderate condition.
