Russian-born billionaire Arkadi Gaydamak has been charged with corruption and weapons dealing, Army Radio reported on Friday morning.
Citing a report in Yediot Aharonot, the radio said a charge sheet was submitted in France accusing the business tycoon of corruption and arms dealing. Gaydamak allegedly made over $200 million from the weapons business, the report said.
Despite the charges, the report said, Gaydamak can still move about freely.
Gaydamak has vehemently denied the report, calling it an absolute lie.
