Security source: Criticism follows every operation

In response to reports that military officials were criticizing the government order to halt the incursion of IDF forces into Gaza, a senior security official said on Saturday that the operation was stopped by order of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert in order to give Egyptian mediation initiatives a chance.
The official added that every operation had critics within the army, Israel Radio reported.
