Settler shoots and kills Palestinian near Neria, claims self defense

A settler shot and killed a Palestinian near the settlement of Neria on Monday.
According to the report, the shooter was traveling on a bus which came under a hail of stones from local Palestinian residents.
He said he fired his gun at one of the stone throwers, as he feared for his life and was in danger of being lynched.
The Palestinian died instantly.
Police was investigating the shooting, but has yet to make any arrests.
