Sneh: IDF shouldn't serve as excuse for terrorists

Deputy Defense Minister Ephraim Sneh said Monday that Israel was trying to refrain from military activity that would serve as an excuse for terrorists. He said, however, that the rules of engagement had not changed and that the IDF was pulling no punches as it continued to foil terror attacks. In an interview with Israel Radio, Sneh also said special care would be taken to prevent excessive friction with the Palestinian population in Judea and Samaria.
