Soldier who was shot in head regains consciousness

The IDF soldier who was shot in the head Monday during a clash with Palestinian gunmen in the West Bank town of Kabatiya regained consciousness Tuesday morning at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa, and was listed in moderate to serious condition.
