The Military Court rejected an appeal made by the prosecution to extend the remand of four soldiers who took part in the shooting of a Palestinian civilian and the alleged illegal commandeering of a car in the West Bank village of Dahariya last week, ordering their release instead.
Judge David Rozen ruled that the soldiers followed their commander's orders and were not aware that those orders were illegal.
