Military police recently raided an IDF base on Mount Hermon and found 10 Nahal Brigade soldiers from the Shaham Battalion on drugs while on operational duty.
Four of the soldiers were arrested last Sunday and eight others were kicked out of their unit after refusing to take a drug test., reported Yediot Aharonot on Thursday.
According to the report, sources in the IDF Prosecutor's Office warned that drug use is becoming more prevalent in IDF ranks. Every year, they say, there is a significant rise in drug use and in the number of soldiers using drugs.
