The Tel Aviv District Court issued the Kenvelo fashion company and its owner, Avraham Volin Chimi, an indictment on Wednesday for lewd and indecent public acts.
In the incident for which the charges were brought, which occurred on Shenkin Street in Tel Aviv in November 2003, company members allegedly offered to pay people with Kenvelo apparel to strip off their clothes during a street event, Army Radio reported.
