Border Police arrested a Tanzim operative northwest of Ramallah on Friday. He was taken to an investigation by security forces.
Earlier in the morning, eight Palestinian fugitives were arrested throughout the West Bank. Two more were arrested in an IDF siege in Nablus, in which two Aksa Martyrs' Brigades operatives were killed.
