Police on Friday arrested a 14-year-old boy from Kiryat Yam on suspicion of causing a road accident involvement several vehicles when he and a fellow teen rode a stolen scooter without a license.
After the accident, the 14-year-old allegedly fled the scene, entered the home of a 60-year-old couple and locked himself in one of their rooms.
After receiving a tip-off, police arrived at the house, broke down the locked door and took the boy to Zevulun Police Station.
