Ten people lightly wounded during violent clashes in Ni'lin

Ten people were lightly wounded Friday afternoon during violent clashes between Palestinians and security forces over construction of Israel's security barrier near the West Bank village of Ni'lin. Seven of the injured were Palestinians, two were border policemen and one was an Israeli reporter. Border police said that around 150 people participated in the demonstration against the fence, and that rocks were thrown at policemen. They, in turn, used riot control measures against the protesters.
