Toddler rescued from car after parents left him there to go shopping

A toddler was abandoned in a car in Afula for 20 minutes on Sunday, while his parents went shopping at a nearby grocery store.
The child was rescued and found to be at a semi conscious state after a passerby alerted rescue services to the scene, Army Radio reported.
Police said the child's parents will be questioned on suspicion of negligence.
