Dozens of activists held the latest weekly demonstration against the security fence near the village of Bil'in in the West Bank on Friday afternoon.
The IDF told Army Radio that the demonstrators hurled stones at security forces, who responded with tear gas and stun grenades. Security forces were also preventing the demonstrators from approaching the bulldozers belonging to the construction crews.
One border policeman and two soldiers were lightly wounded in the incident. One Israeli and two Palestinian demonstrators were arrested on charges of attacking members of the security forces.
