US secretary of state to arrive in Israel Sunday to further PA-Israel talks

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will arrive in Israel on Sunday to further peace talks between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, Army Radio reported Saturday morning.
Rice aims to broker an agreement by the end of 2008.
