The Winograd Committee investigating the failures of the Second Lebanon War will allow anyone who might be targeted by its findings to testify again, the committee informed former defense minister Amir Peretz in a letter Monday.
"We are busy studying and evaluating the large quantity of material that [has been collected] in order to identify who might be hurt by our final report's findings and how," the committee told Peretz.
