A German state court on Wednesday convicted four Arab men of plotting to attack Jewish targets in Germany and found three of them guilty of supporting a terrorist organization.
The men were handed sentences ranging from five to eight years in prison. Three of the group were also found guilty of belonging to Al Tawhid, a radical network believed to be linked to al-Qaida and headed by Jordanian militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi - now a prominent figure in Iraq.
