7 people killed in building collapse in Syria

Seven people were killed and seven others wounded when a five-story building collapsed in northern Syria, the official Syrian news agency SANA reported Thursday. The victims included a family of five with a 3-year old, according to SANA. Civil defense and fire brigade personnel removed the victims' bodies from under the rubble of the building, which collapsed late Wednesday in the northern city of Aleppo, Maj. Abdul-Rahman al-Sheikh, head of the Aleppo Fire Brigade, told SANA.
