Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas announced on Wednesday that he would resign his post if a parliament would be elected that would revoke the Oslo Accords.
He also called upon Palestinian organizations such as the Hamas and Fatah to disarm, saying that parties could not participate in elections while maintaining armed militias.
