Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas called for the establishment of a Palestinian national unity government that would work to open the crossings into the Gaza Strop, lifting the siege and rehabilitating the Strip.
Speaking Monday in Kuwait City at a summit focused on boosting economic growth and development in the Arab world, Abbas added that such a government would work to unify elections to the Palestinian parliament and the PA presidency.
