Egypt's ongoing unrest have lead fishermen in the country's Mediterranean hub to struggle to make ends meet, according to a Reuters report.''We are suffering, all the people are suffering. There was no work and everybody's livelihood was stopped, we were sitting and not doing anything. This is the second day we work and we catch our food day by day and God knows how we get by on the day that we don't work,'' said a fisherman from Alexandria.According to the report, the fishermen received a monthly government staple of 120 Egyptian pounds, or roughly 20 US dollars, not even enough to feed a family for a week.Popular protests calling for President Hosni Mubarak's resignation have paralyzed the country for two weeks, with businesses and banks only reopening this week.
