King Abdullah reappoints same Cabinet for 4 years

Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah reappointed his entire Cabinet for another four-year term on Thursday, retaining all ministers despite expectations of a reshuffle in the government. A royal decree carried by the official Saudi Press Agency said the king ordered "the reappointment of the Cabinet ... with all the members of the current Cabinet keeping their posts." The decree was effective immediately, SPA . Under Saudi government guidelines, the ministers are appointed for a four-year term. The last reshuffle took place in April 2003 and brought in a government made up of 22 ministers and five ministers of state.
